to create your custom illustration, please provide reference materials such as photos, a google maps link, or a zillow link. captions are fully customizable, and i recommend keeping them to two lines, with each line around 22 characters.
the standard turnaround time is 2 weeks, with shipping no later than 14 days from purchase. if you need it sooner, please indicate this on the form, and i'll provide a quote for expedited processing.
